One. Product Name and Applications
 The adjusting weir-gate
     The adjusting weir-gate is used to control water level and also for water distribution, supernatant drainage and other places.Our Company's adjusting weir gate can be divided into three kinds: cast-iron weir gate (TY). steel straight gate (TYZ) and steel screw gate (TYX).

Two. Working Principle and Structure

1. Type TY is made of cast-iron, good in corrosion resistance, simple in structure. When the higher sealing at closed state is needed, the seal made of bronze can be inlaid on the gate frame. But the width couldn't exceed 2m.
2. Type TYZ is a steel structure with rubber seal. It can stop water on three sides. It isn't limited by the specification and is suitable for optional places. It can have a long life if it made of stainless steel.
3. Type TYX has fine seal effect; it almost reaches" zero leakage" state. The usable width can reach more than 5m; but the water level adjusted is less than 800mm; especially suitable for the sewage drainage in the alternatively working oxidation ditch, or for the distribution in large type of distributing well The headstock gear is specially matched for it. Please note the start- stop mode is hand or electric, start-stop devices are not necessary to specially choose.

1. Please note the type, specification and quantity of the our gates.
2. The material (carbon steel or stainless steel) should be noted for steel gate and screw gate If anti- corrosion is demanded, please note.
3. The height H from the center of gate to the platform of headstock gear should be indicated both for cast- iron weir- gate and steel direct- acting weir- gate.
4. For non- standard weir- gate, we provide the drawings for pre- embedded part in civil work and design according to your requirement.
