Combining with domestic actual situation and technical condition, we advanced technology tom abroad. We currently produce GYZ series of oil- skimming&cinder scratng machines with two functions, which has three specifications in rail space distance:4.2m,6.3m,8.3m.After several years of use and being product,it becomes approved product.The main function of this unit is to gather the sediment on the bottom into cinder fit at the inlet ending of tank.so that the cinder can be removed regularly by hopper or orther cleaning devices meantime.this unit can skim floats on water surtace to outlet ending of tank for oiltreating(oil-gathering pipe,oil-gathering trouh, oil- skimmingbelt and so on). This machine is early used in iron- steel plant to purify wastewater (containing oil and iron oxide scale) which is exhausted from the water system for rolled oil and continuous continuous .After having stood the test of several years of running this product is welcome by every user for its satisfactory effect.Two. - 1.Note clearly the specifications, types of your order (the biggest width of tank B is 20m).
- There are two ways of electric control system: microcomputer control and relay control. Note your mode when order.
- When the treated waste water not containing oil, oil scraper is neednt . Please note when order.
- Take non-skid device into account when ice appears on the surface of the rail in winter especially when used in northern cold areas.
- Superimposed parts as rail are prepared by users themselves; please refer to THE SEDIMENT SUCKER BY TRUSS (P95), When you need, p lease note.
- Additional order should be made for the accessories such as oil collecting pipes, oil collecting tank, grab bucket, and etc; refer to the related manuals too.
