One .Product Name and Applications
Type-LCS Chained Sand Remover
The Remover is mainly used in the horizontal aerated grit chamber in sewage treatment plants (stations), the sand settled on the bottom of the tank is removed out by scraping
Two. Working principle and strucre
The sand settled is removed out of the tank by scraping of rotary scraping boards on the chain of the Remover, then goes into collection hopper and sand is separated from water. The Remover may be continuously operated or be operated in batches, and the sand discharged is nearly dry sand without additional separation. The Remover is mainly composed of transmission device, stand of transmission, tube of sand, transmission trough of sand, frame, guide track, chain and scraping boards, stretcher, and driven wheel track.

Four.Requirement for Order

The size of L1 and L2 in the diagram may be adjusted according to the process diagrams offered.
Customers are supposed to provide process parameters if they need to enlarge the width of the tank or the Remover to be used in treatment of sewage with other media when placing order
If the existing tank is to be reformed, its size expected to be provided with.
Orders need specially giving when the length of discharging hopper need enlarging, and the pre- embedded parts are set to havea space of 1500mm between two same ones
