One. Product Name and Applications
Type-pm flapper
    It's suitable for the overflow or the check of pipes and ditches in water supply and sewage treatment engineering, also used as the lid of various shaft wells. It is only used in a round, a square or a rectangular outlet through which the water runs in one way. It is simple in structure, reliable in work, needn't use manual operation, and can be connected with flanges and fixed to pre-embedded part.

Three. Requirements for Order

1. Note material (cast- iron, stell or glass steel); otherwise see as cast iron.
2. The forward bearing water head is not higher than 5m. If it goes beyond, please note.
3. It is better to connect them with flanges at installation. When take pre-embedded part as connector, please refer to the pre-embedded steel plate form in the" Sample of Cast-iron Bronze- inlaid Gate".
4. The flange standard for round flapper is JB/T81- 94, PN0.25MPa.
5. The steel float tank flapper is also available. Information is available upon request.

In the past decade and more, Xintianhong has not only achieved nearly hundreds of water treatment design and construction projects in the industries of papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, petroleum, chemical, steel, electric power, printing and dyeing, but also successfully undertaken dozens of municipal sewage treatment projects. The processing scale of the project are in more than 20000 m³/ d, the oxidation ditch, SBR method, were used respectively to A² / O process, the advanced technologies such as water quality all reached the 'urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard '(GB18918-2002) level of A standard.
