Type-Mbr Membrane Biological Reactor to Purify Water with High Quality Membrane Biological Reactor (MBA) is a new water treatment technology that combines membrane separation technique with biological treatment technique. By using the selective penetration of membrane, it can retain almost all microorganisms; organisms inside of the biological reactor to greatly increase the concentration of organisms. Theoretically, the age of the sludge can be extended limitlessly and make the reactor highly and efficiently remove ammonia, nitrogen and macromolecule organism to ensure the least organisms'content of the discharged water and make the water clear, free of suspended particles and recycled use for daily life. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for residential area and water-lacking area and it is also widely used to the treatment of industrial sewage.Two. Ten.Working Principle and Technical Process
Membrane biological reactor mainly consists of biological reactor and membrane components. The organic compounds in the sewage are reduced by microorganisms in membrane to purify water. The function of membrane is to retain activated mud, macro-molecule organic compounds and bacteria inside of the reactor to keep the high concentration of sludge in the reactor. Water filtered by membrane can reach quality requirement for domestic miscellaneous water.
