One .Product Name and Applications
Type-HJG Trussed Mud-scraper
HJG type trussed mud scraper adopts repeated movement to scrape mud In the bottom to one side pit for discharge. It can scrape at the bottom part of horizontal sedimentation tank, with one end feed, another end discharge and a certain slope (about 8/1000) at the bottom of tank. The size of gauge is 4-25m or so. Multiply tank structure can be made if width of tank is big, generally single drive if the size of gauge is about 4-8m.

Two. Features
1. It can scrape in layer automatically with hinged scrape arm without block.
2. Rapid return can be realized by varying speed transmission.
3. PLC automatic operating (including half way and whole way) can be realized if the program is set.
4. Synchronizing motor can be adopted when there's a big span to avoid rail climbing problem.
5. Rubber and rolling wheels are set in the scraping board to have a thorough scrape.

Four. Requirements for Order
1.Note type, specifications, height mark, length of tank and etc according to the technical parameters and process requirements.
2.Electric cabinet, rail, transmission and distribution device (referring to HJX type trussed sucker for more detail P95), embedded parts should be ordered separately.
3.Special material (underwater stainless steel, stainless steel working bridge or A-alloy and etc.) and anticorrosion requirements or brand of reducer should be specified. Ordinary anticorrosion carbon steel and domestic cycloid reducer will be supplied without note.
4.Ice broker should be ordered separately in cold area if the thickness of ice is less than 3mm.
5.Thickness of wall should be specified in multiple lattices tank, thickness of 200 would be supplied without note.
6.If independent winding motor are needed in rake rising in trussed scraper with multiple lattices tank, note should be made, one electric motor with many groups of winding mechanism will supplied without note.
7.If you need drosses scratch or other needs, please specify.
