Three.Product Construction
UASB reactor has open and closed two categories and is mainly composed of the influent water distribution system, the reaction zone, three-phase separator, the effluent water system, gas collection room and sludge discharge system.

Four.Features
The process feature of the reactor is it sets up gas, liquid, solid three- phase separator, the lower part of the reactor is sludge suspended layer and the sludge bed, wastewater flows from the bottom to up-to the top and outflow. Because of the mixture undergoing solid-liquid separation in the sedimentation region, sludge may return to the sludge bed, which makes pollution mud bed can maintain a very high concentration in the sludge and biological activity.
UASB reactor different from other anaerobic treatment in one of it greatest features that it can granulate the sludge within the reactor, the granular sludge whose diameter are usually 0.1-0.2cm and specific gravity is 1.04-1.08, have good sediment performance and high Methanogenic activity. After the sludge granulation, the average sludge concentration within the reactor is up to 50-120gvss/L, but the reactor's HRT is time, so the UASB reactor is with a high load capacity and is an advanced wastewater treatment methods.

Five.Elucidation
1.After the equipment installation completed, the water injection pilot test of not less than 24 hours should follow, equipment may be no leakage. After test it is qualified go on anti- corrosion and thermal insulation treatment.
2.This equipment suitable for the treatment of which the COD concent ration in 3000- 8000mg / L and inlet temperature of 35°C+-3, if the conce ntration , temperature above or below the set, the resident time and other related parameters should be adjusted to adapt water quality changes.
3.The COD removing rate is usually designed as 80- 85%.
